EDITORIAL DRAFT

Technical features are not a buying reason on their own.

Practical notes on positioning, brand communication and sales follow-up.

Start with the buyer’s question.

Capacity, material specifications and delivery options matter. Buyers also need to understand what those details mean for their operation, risk and plans. Review the questions customers actually ask before choosing the message.

Put evidence next to the claim.

Use an approved project example, a relevant technical document or a clearly explained process. Confirm what can be shared and avoid claims the available evidence does not support.

Test the message with sales.

Use it on a product page and in a presentation. Ask the sales team which questions become easier to answer and which still need explanation. Refine the shared message from that feedback.
